Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. Booking Policy All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet legal requirements for driving instruction. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full lesson fee. Payment Terms Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable except in cases of instructor cancellation. Learner Responsibilities Learners must arrive on time with valid identification and any required permits. Learners must follow all instructor directions and traffic laws during lessons. Liability While we maintain comprehensive insurance, learners are responsible for any damage caused by negligent or reckless behavior during lessons. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
